Cert_level — tiered certificate strength (e.g., CPCB/TUV/Intertek / NABL lab attachments).
Audit_history — physical inspections, NCRs, corrective actions logged.
Material_purity — mass balance proof showing % recycled input (batch-level CoA / auditor report).

Capability: 30% recycled content

We verify the manufacturer's ability to consistently produce products with at least 30% recycled polymer by:

Checking process certification (TUV / Intertek / ISO-style) showing blending & control systems.
Validating batch-level mass-balance certificates (GRS or auditor report such as IS 14534:2023 where applicable).
Cross-checking inward PWP certificates (category & kg) with outward shipments and production records.

FSSAI / Food safety

For food-contact items we require NABL-accredited lab CoA for migration and contaminants (e.g., IS 9845 / IS 12252 where relevant), plus process controls demonstrating safe material handling.

Small brands: save on plastic GST/tax

Switching to certified 30% recycled material often avoids plastic packaging taxes and reduces compliance risk. The small premium for eco-materials is commonly offset by tax savings and brand value (customer preference & loyalty).
